Cathy Colangelo

Cathy Colangelo, PHR CC is a life and career coach and founder and owner of “Your Life Is Now” Life Enhancement/Career Coaching and Women’s Retreats. Her passion is to help other women set and achieve their goals and to realize that one of the most empowering things about this life we are given is that it’s never too late to make a change…to make our lives “happen”!

Before she began her career as a professional coach and business owner, Cathy worked in the Human Resources field for over 20 years when she decided to use her skills and corporate and life experience to make a change and make her own life “happen” by helping others clarify their vision, increase their confidence and create balance in their lives. Cathy draws on her prior corporate and life experiences and uses her sense of humor, warm spirit, and empathy to motivate and guide her clients towards taking those “baby steps” to move their lives forward.

Most recently, Cathy has added “retreat leader” to her passions. She personally experienced the amazing power and transformation of retreating in 2009 and has been “addicted” to attending and now facilitating “Heavenly Retreats by the Sea” for women with the goal of inspiring and lighting their passion for life and belief in themselves!  As a life enhancement and career coach, Cathy helps her clients get clear and specific about what they want and she supports, empowers and challenges them as they set and achieve their goals, make positive changes and begin to live their lives “on purpose”.
