Alyse Hart is the founder and sales whisperer @ “Sell it Like a Woman.” This self-made sales goddess has over 25 years of sales experience and she will turn your assumptions about selling upside down. She says,” Selling It Like A Woman is no longer revolutionary- it’s crucial.”
Not only so that you get more business. But because women influence 83% of all sales: that’s why sales needs a makeover. To sell well you need to use your brilliant female instincts.
We never have been taught HOW to sell in a way that honors us as women – it can simply be that we don’t know how to proceed. And you might think that selling is pushy and that it means strong-arming folks.Nothing could be further from the truth. You don’t need to pressure anyone. My programs, calls and coaching works with your kind of brain, heart and in the style you prefer. It’s simpatico with your nature, this century and our economic environment. I help you identify what you already know (and have experience with) and become skillful, so you’re more comfortable and confident and increase your income
My new program ( The sales makeover) i is elegantly simple and spells out everything you need to know whether you are new to selling or you are seasoned and need a shot of new information. But more on that later.
Before launching Sell it Like a Woman Alyse was the youngest female Vice President of Advertising at a trade publisher, Faulkner & Gray in NYC. There she developed and groomed an inexperienced team of women and turned them into phenomenal sellers. She herself was a million dollar plus producer sales executive with a loyal “girls club” of customers. That’s where she really began to understand the power of “selling it like a woman.”
Before that she learned selling at the kitchen table from her father. With 3 generations of sellers around her she didn’t grow up with any stigma around it. Sales looked like the perfect way to help people, enjoy flexibility, freedom and financial reward. It was only when she began reading sales theory books that she doubted herself and saw what others were turned off by. Thankfully, times have changed.
Nowadays, she works with women and men business owners, independent contractors and sellers to improve their conversational skills. She shares how to go from discussion to decision without breaking a sweat. Her business continues to grow with more women participating in group work, weekly calls, workshops and more.
Who I am: I am ever curious. I am an instigator. My mind races and I am a talker. Because of that I need to really slow down to the speed of human. That’s why I’ve enjoyed moving meditation every week for about 13 years. I also practice yoga, dances, enjoys exotic teas, drum circles with friends and time with my husband of 25 years-Russell and my black pug- Theo. I’ve been a board member at Leeza’s Place which offers caregivers a respit. My most courageous accomplishment last year was to be a part of a non-performance dance company and performed at Highways in Santa Monica, Ca.
